Drawing inspiration from the location, the design elements used across this development brand are natural and bold. This developer appointed SMART to create the branding for their upcoming release. The use of the monogram will create a recognisable stamp which can be spread across all marketing material, that is unique to the development and a symbol of pride. Working collaboratively with the creative team, I was appointed to concept the creative direction, design the logo, monogram, and overall branding direction, as well as all supporting marketing material and assets.
When clients and investors register their interest via the teaser landing page, they’ll receive a beautiful gift that embodies the spirit and essence of Brentwood Reserve. This beautiful custom wooden aroma diffuser will spread the calming and uniquely Australian scent of eucalyptus in the homes of our customers. Creating a truly deep connection to the land, and our brand, no matter where they reside. Our display homes and sales office will also feature this scent, to enhance the value and customer experience to the brand and their journey.
